PRESIDENT & CEO
Md. Golam Sarwar

Before forming of JAK Fashions Merchandising Ltd., Mr. Golam Sarwar served in different organizations of garments industries and garments buying houses in Bangladesh holding responsible positions i.e. Merchandising Manager, Executive Director (Merchandising) etc. Vice president , Marketing Director (Merchandising)  During the job period he dealt world renowned buyers i.e. GAP, Alpha, Paco, Pepe, H & M, JcPenny, Wal-mart, Wrangler, North face, Mothers work, Cato etc for executing different supply orders of garments.
Mr. Sarwar developed sound knowledge in garments sector from procuring order to shipment. He is maintaining Liaison Office in USA to have good physical communication with our valued buyers.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Muhammad Elias Azad

Mr. Elias Azad served in the BSI Inspectorate Ltd. (a U.K. based inspection & survey company) securing senior and responsible positions during his service period. BSI Inspectorate Ltd. is a concern of British Standard Institution (BSI) of United Kingdom and its history is a long one-stretching back over 150 years and it represents over 100 offices country wise worldwide. It was appointed as inspection, survey & consultancy agent for developing Customs procedures in Bangladesh by the Government of Bangladesh under supervision of the National Board of Revenue since 1999 implementing the SRO no. 316-AIN/99/1807/CUSTOMS. The scheme was called mandatory pre-shipment inspection (PSI). Under this program BSI was responsible to verify actual declaration of goods, harmonized system code (H S Code), price etc by issuing a certificate named Clean Report of Finding (CRF) for procuring import related revenue in the natural manner. He was also involved in ready made garments trade quiet a long before forming his own company.
In the tenor of professional life Mr. Azad developed his expertise on Customs rules & regulations, import & export policy, duty structure, assessment procedures, garments export business, international trade etc. 

DIRECTOR
Muhammad Golam Moktader

Mr. Moktader felt interest to form the company jointly with us after gathering sound knowledge and developing his expertise in garments trade being in the track quite a long time. He has thorough knowledge of maintaining buyer’s compliance individually & production accordingly.
In the JAK Fashions Merchandising Ltd. he is following up production from procuring order to shipment successfully.
